  • Teaching and perpetuating Christian Values

  • Celebrating together Word and Sacrament

  • Sharing our gifts and love with one another

  • Growing in God's love by openness to the Spirit

  • Being a witness to Jesus of the Gospel

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the St. Stephen website. Since 1862 our parish has been in existence on Grand Island, between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. We are a welcoming Roman Catholic community of about 3,000 families with a variety of services and ministries for everyone. I invite you to investigate our parish life and to become a part of our family. You will find more information on this website. I myself or anyone on our staff are more than willing to speak with you about membership in our parish and to assist you in this process.

We strive to live out the Gospel message and make Jesus known in all we do. Our parishioners span the entire cultural and social spectrum and no one is excluded from our community. We would welcome your talents and participation. If I can be of any assistance to you or answer any of your questions, do not hesitate to inquire.

God bless!
Fr. Paul Nogaro
Pastor
